2. Our Services
Intellisense Embedded Systems provides PCB design, PCB layout, PCB assembly, firmware development, and IoT solutions, spanning schematic capture through Gerber file generation, prototyping, production-ready boards, and final testing. Exact scope, pricing, and deliverables for each project are defined in the applicable quote or project agreement.
3. Quotes, Orders & Payment
Quotes are estimates based on the specifications provided and may change if requirements change after submission. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and, where applicable, submit the agreed deposit. Payment terms, milestones, and accepted methods will be specified in your order confirmation or invoice, and work may be paused if payment is overdue, with delivery timelines adjusted accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete specifications, design requirements, and any source files needed for us to perform the work. Delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you may affect timelines and are not our responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Any designs, specifications, or code you provide to us remain your property at all times. Upon full payment, ownership of the final schematics, layouts, Gerber files, and firmware created specifically for your project transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of our internal design libraries, templates, tools, and general engineering know-how used to deliver the work, and we will not showcase your project publicly without your written consent.
6. Prototyping & Production
Prototype builds are intended for testing and validation and may be subject to design revisions before full-scale production. Production runs are undertaken only after you approve the prototype or a final design review, and any changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and time.
7. Third-Party Components & Compliance
Where our services involve sourcing or specifying third-party components, we make reasonable efforts to select suitable, compliant parts, but do not guarantee the performance, availability, or long-term supply of components manufactured by third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your final product meets any regulatory certifications required for your target market and industry, such as automotive, healthcare, or industrial standards.
